Yesterday...

..I visited the East End Thrift store that Style Bubble recommended. I had a look on their site and although it said that most items are £10 or less, I remained sketical. However I must say I was plesantly surprised to find that it was in fact what it said on the the tin. Their stock can give some of my frequently visited stores a run for their money, and the price...well, need I say more?

I picked up a dress with a lovely silvery fabric. Afterall, summer it nearly upon us, and so the season of picnics, teaparties and the like are not far off.

I also payed a visit to one of my regular haunts in Covent Garden (I name no names). I hate to say that I was thoroughly disappointed with their stock. It is frustrating when you step into a vintage store and yet struggled to find a single item of clothing that qualify as such.
*Sighs*. He giveth, he taketh. Tis life.

Some old shots...

I just adore mustard tights. These were from H&M. The skirt .was a find from Beyond Retro and shirt I picked up from Berlin over Christmas

This was the aftermath of ransacking my mum's wardrode. I adore this cropped jacket..those stripes you just won't find anywhere else. And that skirt was part of a suit back from her power-dressing days.
